Best pharmacy around. Everyone there is always sweet, kind and explains any questions you have. I’m lucky that I live so close to them. Been going there for years. Your meds will always be right there.

Initially I was so very disappointed. I called to make sure someone would be available to administer a vaccine they said to come after 1pm. I get there at 2:50 pm and they tell me the person just left for their 1 hour lunch. After I sat there a few minutes he came back (still couldn’t get the shot) but I can honestly say they were SUPER nice and even went out of their way to call over to a closer store so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back out their location.

Great service and staff! They are always helpful, friendly and work very hard to get my prescriptions done fast, usually while I shop. Highly recommend.

I honestly could not ask for more from a pharmacy! They are very efficient, quick, and have the meds done when they say they will! The hours are great for people like myself that work until evening hours, plus they are open on Sunday! They are wonderful at keeping their area sanitized so that sickness doesn't spread. They are super courteous and wonderful people!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Service is always fantastic although like any other pharmacy there may be someone ahead of you. The staff is very professional and informative. Have been using for many many years and majority of staff still there, that's got to tell you something

I’ve had to call and talk to several pharmacy employees in the past couple of months. They always answer the phone promptly, don’t talk over me to ask me my birthdate before I even get my name out of my mouth like so many pharmacies do these days. I had a complicated prescription process due to the way the doctor wrote the prescription. They were proactive and helpful, worked it all out and made sure I got my prescription at the lowest price. They also helped me transfer some prescriptions because the app wasn’t working right for me. In person the staff is also helpful and courteous. My only beef is no drive through at this location. But still five stars because face it, prescriptions can be complicated and a big expense, so having someone work with you nicely is a gift.

I recently relocated here from Edmond Oklahoma. I have some health issues and definitely can't go without any of my meds. Tom thumb pharmacy Plano Independence Pkwy did all the work. I was to get discounts with my Good Rx which helped a lot. I had some questions and the phone was answered ASAP and questions were answered I can't remember her name but she was very kind and helpful.

Love this pharmacy. Prices are usually better than Walmart. Staff seem genuinely happy which is rare for a busy Pharmacy because Pharmacists and techs work their tails off.
